I understand and agree that my participation in this program is governed by the following terms. This includes and training, coaching or support provided to me as a result or in connection to my purchase.
I have provided PKM my cell phone number and email address. I consent to receiving emails and SMS messages regarding my purchase, coaching, and/or events and information on the same topic that may be of use to myself/my business at that email and/or phone number from PKM. I understand that I can stop receiving the forms of communication at any time of my choosing
BILLING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Purple Knight Marketing sells programs, coaching and training. Your success with these programs or coaching is contingent on your implementation, your internal procedures, marketing, and many other factors so your success is not guaranteed by Purple Knight Marketing since we have no control over these additional factors.
Any services/coaching purchased may be cancelled for a full refund within 3 days from the original purchase. Any materials provided will have access revoked and no additional services will be provided after the refund is processed. Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, time spent preparing your program, production, hosting and delivery, and all other business expenses incurred for any services/training/coaching begun, all fees are non-refundable after 3 days from execution/purchase.
All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges. This does not include any software based products, services purchased or 3rd party products, those products are not refundable or returnable.
Transfers to a different person or company must be made within 15 (15) days of purchase by contacting Purple Knight Marketing and paying the appropriate transfer fee (varies per program). Transfers may occur one time only. No transfers will be made after fifteen (15) days following the original purchase date.
FAILURE TO USE/ACCESS/IMPLEMENT
Failure to use, implement or access the training, services, campaigns, schedule coaching/mapping sessions, or coaching, etc included with your program is not grounds for a refund and will not change the timeline of the allowed refund policy noted in the REFUNDS section of this policy.
It will also not change the start date or your program or allow for any additional time, sessions, training as a result of your delay in implementing or accessing the materials. All fees are non-refundable after 3 days from original execution/purchase regardless of useage or lack thereof.
By participating in any delayed or partial payment plan, you agree to pay the balance in full according to the terms outlined on the Order Form, including any processing fees or additional amount for each delayed payment. Failure to complete all payments as agreed will cause package prices to revert to regular retail prices and all access to materials will be removed until the program is paid for in full.
The materials in the program/training/coaching/etc are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. PKM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Facts and information included in the program/training/coaching/etc is believed to be accurate at the time they were included/shared. Changes may be made at any time without prior notice. All data provided as part of the purchase is to be used for information purposes only. The information contained in the programs/training/coaching provided by PKM or it’s team members, is not intended to provide specific legal, financial or tax advice, or any other advice, whatsoever, for any individual or company and should not be relied upon in that regard.
